CUSTOMER DIRECT DEBIT REQUEST: I/we request that moneys due in terms of the repayment arrangements covered by this document, be drawn by ZenPay Pty Ltd t/a Thoroughbred Payments - ABN: 63 056 881 942 under the Direct Debiting System from my/our stated account. I/we acknowledge that this Direct Debiting arrangement is governed by the terms of the Direct Debit Service Agreement received from Thoroughbred Payments.
ZenPay Pty Ltd holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (number: 528678) and before you utilise ZenPay’s services,you should read these Terms in conjunction with ZenPay Pty Ltd’s Financial Services Guide, Product Disclosure Statement, and Target Market Determination which are available at https://zenithpayments.com.au/ZenPay-PDS.pdf
CUSTOMER DECLARATION: I hereby register with Thoroughbred Payments & authorise Thoroughbred Payments and/or my merchant to process payments from my nominated account in accordance with this Customer Registration Form (CRF), Direct Debit Service Agreement (DDSA) & the Terms & Conditions (TC) at the Thoroughbred Payments website. By signing/confirming this CRF, I confirm the information above is true & correct, that I have read, understand & agree to be bound by the CRF, DDSA & TC. I understand that this arrangement will remain in place until such time as it is cancelled by me, my Merchant or Thoroughbred Payments.
